January 27, 2015 – Happy to be soon completing several weeks of working on research and writing for the Mexico project, The Visitor, Walking 1000 Miles Through Mexico’s Cities.
December 30, 2014 – Thrilled and honored to have just received an award from the Regional Arts and Culture Commission, Portland, to assist me with production and exhibit of works from my project The Far North, Portrait of the Arctic. Thank you, RACC!
December 23, 2014 – Good printing day at the wonderful darkroom I have printed at for almost 30 years, Digicraft at U-Develop. Today printed from vintage French glass plate negatives in four different colors with images found on the darkroom premises placed on the paper prior to exposure. Happy with the results of these “Light Drawings.”
December 6, 2014 – Happy to have photographed in Mexico last month for my project The Visitor, 31 Years Photographing Mexico. This visit was to Tijuana. The border between Tijuana and San Diego is the most heavily used border crossing in the world.
